Are you ready to refresh your workout routine? As a certified personal trainer with over 20 years of experience I will design and outline a specific program designed to meet your fitness goals – whether you want to increase muscle mass, lose weight, or train for a specific event. I will provide you with the motivation, education, guidance and individualized instruction to achieve your goals. Training sessions are typically 60 minutes, but can be modified to meet the client’s goals.
Boot Camps
There’s a reason Boot Camp-style training is so popular; it gets results! Burn fat and build muscle in our group Boot Camp classes. My Boot Camp classes include time-based interval circuits, with minimal equipment so you can focus on intensity. Each circuit mixes cardio with strength training and agility exercises so you burn maximum calories while toning. My Boot Camp is for EVERY BODY! Whether you are experienced or new to the fitness scene, my Boot Camp workout is a perfect way to challenge yourself, have fun and meet new friends! All fitness levels welcomed!!
“MAD” Mike’s OMG Yoga
“MAD” Mike’s OMG yoga is focused on helping my military brothers and sisters who are dealing with PTSD, anxiety, depression, TBI, and other medical issues they have as a result of their service to our great country.
It is a series of gentle, restorative practices with elements of Hatha and Yin style yoga as well as including meditation and mindfulness techniques incorporated into these practices.
It is meant to help heal mind, body, and soul.
Mike challenges you but also makes sure it is comfortable for your level of working out. He listens to you and knows your fitness level goals.
