Mike Shyk, owner and creator of "MAD" Mike's Fitness has worked in the fitness industry since 1996 as both a certified personal trainer and aerobics instructor. He created "MAD" Mike's Fitness to fill a need he has seen in the fitness services provided to people over the years.
To provide my clients with the necessary knowledge, skills, guidance, support, motivation and educational resources that will assist and allow them to explore their own fitness potential, as well as enhance the quality of their lives now and in the future.

As a former skinny kid who joined the military in 1982 not quite 6' tall and only 145 pounds soaking wet upon joining the military, fast forward to 1990 and now 6'6 but only 165lbs, it took a chance meeting to change my life and get me into the gym, where I've never looked back since then. With almost 25 years experience as a personal trainer and certifications in fitness nutrition, let me help you reach and exceed your fitness goals.
